1. PRICING & TAXATION
1.1. All product prices displayed on our website are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the applicable rate under Indian tax laws, currently 18% for metal wall decor products unless otherwise specified.
1.2. Prices listed are final and inclusive of standard delivery charges. However, an additional fee of ₹40 (Rupees Forty only) is applicable for orders selected under Cash on Delivery (COD) payment
mode.
2. ORDER CONFIRMATION & PROCESSING
2.1. Upon successful placement of an order, customers will receive an order confirmation email containing the following details:
- Order ID
- Product(s) purchased
- Price paid
- Billing and shipping information
2.2. Each metal poster is custom printed-on-demand after order placement. This approach ensures that every piece is made uniquely for the customer, maintaining both quality and personalization. As a result, a processing time of 1–2 business days is required before dispatch.
3. PACKAGING & HANDLING
3.1. All metal posters are packaged in high-strength virgin kraft printed corrugated book-style boxes, offering superior protection during transit.
3.2. These boxes are enclosed within tamper-evident and waterproof courier pouches, safeguarding the product from weather exposure, unauthorised access, and logistical stress.
3.3. Our packaging is engineered to ensure resistance against humidity, scratches, shattering, and light impact, making it a secure alternative to fragile glass frames or paper posters.
4. SHIPPING & COURIER PARTNERS
4.1. Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days following confirmation and successful payment processing.
4.2. The estimated delivery time ranges between 3 to 5 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier availability.
4.3. All shipments are fulfilled via Shiprocket, India’s largest logistics aggregator. Deliveries are handled through top-tier courier partners including but not limited to:
- Blue Dart
- Delhivery
- Ekart
- XpressBees
- Ecom Express
4.4. Deliveries to remote or non serviceable PIN codes may take longer or be subject to cancellation/refund if delivery is infeasible.
5. ORDER TRACKING
5.1. Once an order is dispatched, customers will receive a tracking ID and courier partner name via email and/or SMS.
5.2. Order status can be tracked using:
- The courier partner’s official tracking portal
- Our integrated Order Tracking Page on the website
5.3. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours post-dispatch to reflect on the tracking portal.
6. DELIVERY ADDRESS GUIDELINES
6.1. Customers must ensure that the provided shipping address is complete and accurate, including:
- Full name
- Door number and street
- Locality
- City, State, and PIN code
- Valid 10-digit contact number
6.2. Delivery to commercial addresses (e.g., business centres, hotels, shared spaces, PO Boxes) is not supported under standard shipping.
6.3. In case of delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete address, Romulus Arts Private Limited will not be liable for non-delivery, and reshipping fees shall be borne by the customer.
7. FAILED OR MISSED DELIVERIES
7.1. If a shipment is marked as "undelivered" due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or other customer-attributable reasons, and is returned to origin (RTO), the customer shall:
- Bear the reshipping cost
- Forfeit the COD handling fee (if applicable)
7.2. If the order is marked "delivered" by the logistics provider but the customer reports non-receipt, such claims must be:
- Raised within 7 business days of delivery status
- Supported with sufficient evidence for resolution
8. DELAY CLAUSE & FORCE MAJEURE
8.1. Delivery timelines mentioned are indicative and not guaranteed. Romulus Arts Private Limited shall not be liable for any delay due to reasons beyond its control including but not limited to:
- Force majeure events (e.g., floods, fire, earthquake, etc.)
- National or religious holidays (e.g., Diwali, Holi)
- Government restrictions or strikes
- Courier network disruptions
8.2. Customers shall be notified of expected delays wherever
operationally possible.
9. ORDER RECEIPT, DAMAGE, & COMPLAINTS
9.1. Customers are requested to inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the parcel is visibly tampered with, damaged, or opened, it is advised to refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
9.2. If a defect or issue is noticed post-acceptance, the customer must:
- Email us within 7 business days of delivery
- Submit a compulsory unboxing video clearly showcasing the problem
- Include photographs and a description of the issue
9.3. Valid complaints will be reviewed within 48 hours, and resolution may take up to 90 days, depending on third-party courier involvement.
9.4. The cost of return in the case of a complaint rests with the customer until verified by our team.
10. RETURN & REFUND POLICY (SUMMARY)
10.1. Refunds or replacements will only be approved under the following conditions:
- Product received is incorrect
- Product is damaged (with valid proof)
- Order not received despite confirmed tracking failure
10.2. Refunds will not be provided under these circumstances:
- Order of more than 10 units (bulk orders)
- Delivery to ineligible commercial addresses
- Non-delivery due to customer unavailability or incorrect address
